Use the ASG Lab ecosystem to strengthen an existing project without restarting it.
1. Show → 2. Find the Labs → 3. Question → 4. Connect → 5. Examine → 6. Expand → 7. Feed Back
Give the Lab a concise picture of the project.
Share its objective, beneficiaries, current approach, partners, progress, challenges, and major assumptions.
Identify which Lab perspectives could strengthen the project.
A project does not need to "belong" to the Lab.
A food-security project, for example, could seek perspectives from Zero Hunger Lab, Sustainable Energy Lab, Social Finance Lab, or AI4Gov Lab.
Identify what the project team is uncertain about.
Ask the Lab to explore questions rather than simply endorse the project.
Find relevant expertise, stakeholders, Fellows, researchers, institutions, and other projects.

Look at the project from multiple perspectives.
Explore systems effects, stakeholder reactions, institutional constraints, unintended consequences, and alternative interpretations.
Identify new possibilities.
These could include new partners, research questions, prototypes, financing mechanisms, policy opportunities, or complementary interventions.
Bring useful learning into project operations.
Do not create a parallel Lab process disconnected from implementation.
