What might it make possible?

Who could benefit?

2. Find the Labs

Identify Labs that could see different dimensions of the idea.

For example, a health-financing idea could connect:

3. Challenge

Ask:

• What needs to be true?

• Who might see this differently?

• What are we assuming?

• What could go wrong?

• Has something similar already been attempted?

4. Connect

Find relevant Fellows, researchers, practitioners, governments, communities, and partners.

5. Expand

Do not ask only:

How can we improve this idea?

Also ask:

What completely different approaches could address the same challenge?

6. Test

Find the cheapest useful way for the idea to encounter reality.
